Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 box instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, vanilla and sour cream.
Mix together well. Mix both sugars, pecans and cinnamon for topping.
Pour 1/2 of the cake mixture into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Sprinkle half of topping mix over cake mixture. Spoon the other half of cake over topping and finish with remaining topping. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
