Soy Chicken
Soy Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with chicken thighs (about 3 to 4 lb.), 5 oz. soy sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove all skin from chicken.
Put soy sauce, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and dry mustard in a baking pan.
Mix ingredients with a fork, then add chicken thighs.
Coat chicken well with soy mixture.
While baking, turn chicken every 20 minutes.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
