Special K Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butterscotch chips, 4 c. special k cereal and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chips and peanut butter together in a large saucepan. Then mix in the cereal.
Place spoon size drops on wax paper and cool in fridge for 20 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
