Stir-Fry
Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless meat, cut up finely (your choice, beef roast, pork roast or chops, turkey breast, chicken breast), 1 (50 oz.) can campbell's cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup (can purchase at gordon foods), 2 tsp. pepper, approximately 6 to 8 c. finely chopped vegetables (your choice; i have used onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, red and green peppers, pea pods, peas, green beans and celery) and mashed potatoes, rice or noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Using electric frypan, put sliced meat in pan with approximately 1/2 cup of water and cook at 350Β° for approximately 20 minutes.
As meat is cooking, prepare vegetables and add to meat; cook for approximately 30 minutes or until tender.
Add can of soup with approximately 1 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add pepper.
Serve.
