Stir-Fry Chicken Fajitas
Stir-Fry Chicken Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, 8 oz. boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 medium green or red bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil.
Place them in the oven and heat to 350Β°.
Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and cumin. Slice the pepper and onion into thin slices.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with vegetable spray and place over medium-high heat.
Add the bell pepper and onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add chicken and garlic and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Next, add the salsa and cook until heated through.
