Stir-Fry Rice
Stir-Fry Rice is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with c. cooked rice, . oil, to 1/2 c. shredded carrots, diced green pepper and small onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Prepare rice
Prepare vegetables
Heat oil in wok or frypan
Saute on medium-high heat the onions and green peppers, 1 to 2 minutes
Add celery and broccoli and cook 2 minutes
Add rice; stir
Add chicken or other meat and carrots
Season with garlic salt, Morton Nature's Season and soy sauce and stir
Turn heat off to serve
Add soy sauce to taste.
