Strawberry Muffins
Strawberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 4 eggs, beaten, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar and 3 c. mashed strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Add strawberry purée.
