Stroganoff Casserole
Stroganoff Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Press unrolled crescent dough on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan to form thin pastry.
In skillet brown beef and onion; season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix in mushrooms and sour cream.
Spread warm over pastry and top with cheese.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 25 minutes or until pastry is baked.
Cut in squares.
Makes 6 servings.
