Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. oil, 1 c. (8 oz.) margarine and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream sugars and margarine.
Add beaten eggs, oil and vanilla; beat well.
Add dry ingredients; mix.
Will be a soft dough.
Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
Using a teaspoon drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
One dozen to a sheet.
Press cookie down with a wet glass dipped in sugar.
Press lightly and evenly.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
