Sugar-Free Grape Sherbet
Sugar-Free Grape Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed (no sugar added), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free pineapple jello and 4 c. cold skim or 2% milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat 1 cup thawed concentrate to boiling; dissolve gelatin in this.
Cool completely.
Combine remaining concentrate, milk and gelatin mixture in large mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Pour into freezer can of ice cream freezer and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
Remove from can and pack into plastic container with tight fitting lid.
Ripen several hours or overnight in freezer.
Makes 2 quarts.
