Sunny's Christmas Avocado Salad
Sunny'S Christmas Avocado Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 ripe avocado, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 package jello.
Stir to dissolve and cool.
When cool, blend with mayonnaise, sour cream and mashed avocado (or put all in blender and mix).
Rinse jello mold with cold water and fill.
Chill.
