Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 can kidney beans, 1 lb. hamburger and 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown hamburger; drain and add 3/4 cup of water and all of taco mix, but 1 tablespoon.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cool. Combine torn lettuce, tomatoes, beans, cheese, meat and chips in a very large bowl.
Combine the Thousand Island dressing, sugar and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix.
Stir and pour over salad.
Mix thoroughly.
Don't add chips or dressing until ready to serve.
