Tart Cherry Salad
Tart Cherry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) cans tart red cherries, 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jell-o and 3 c. ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain fruits, reserving juices.
Add enough water to cherry and pineapple juice to make 3 1/4 cups.
Add sugar.
Bring to a boil and add Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved.
Add fruit and ginger ale.
Chill until very thick but not set.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into a 2-quart ring mold.
Chill until set.
