Tuna Noodle Crisp
Tuna Noodle Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. uncooked noodles, 1/4 c. shortening, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles; drain.
Melt shortening in large skillet; add onion and pepper cook until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, pimento, and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add cooked noodles and flaked tuna.
Mix well and put in 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
