Turkey Noodle Bake
Turkey Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, 3 eggs, 2 c. noodles, cooked and drained and 2 c. cubed, cooked turkey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Blend milk into can of cream of mushroom soup.
Stir in beaten eggs.
Add noodles, turkey, soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices), shredded sharp cheese (4 ounces), green pepper, melted butter and chopped pimento.
Turn into baking dish.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
