Vegetable Noodle Casserole
Vegetable Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. egg noodles, uncooked, 1 stalk celery, sliced, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 small green pepper, chopped and 1 c. coarsely chopped fresh broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute celery, onion, green pepper and broccoli in oil until tender.
Stir in milk and next 3 ingredients.
Add noodles and spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with butter.
Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
