Zucchini Brownies
Zucchini Brownies is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in a medium bowl, set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and zucchini.
Mix with electric mixer or by hand until will blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
Top with chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brownies test done.
Cut into pieces.
