30 Day Cole Slaw
30 Day Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped (optional), 1 large green pepper, chopped, 3 or 4 grated carrots and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Chop vegetables and mix.
I usually put salt and celery seed over vegetables.
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar and cooking oil. Pour immediately over vegetables but do not stir while hot.
Cover and refrigerate immediately.
When cool, stir every now and then. Great to make ahead for cookouts.
