6 Week Amish Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 5 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. allspice and 15 oz. box raisin bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and allspice. Add Raisin Bran and sugar; stir well.
Mix eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into other mixture; stir.
Fill muffin papers 1/2 full.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pour rest of batter in plastic container to use later.
Date it.
Don't restir batter as you use it for muffins.
