6 Week Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. box raisin bran, 2 1/2 c. white sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 5 tsp. baking soda and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine bran, sugar, salt, soda and flour.
Add eggs, margarine and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Store in covered container (preferably glass) in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
Use as desired or bake all at once and freeze.
