In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar, being sure that baking powder is well blended.
Stir in the Raisin Bran, then the shortening, eggs and buttermilk.
Store in a tight container in the refrigerator.
Bake in greased muffin pans as desired at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
