9 Day Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cabbage, 1 green pepper, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 c. apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Chop and mix cabbage, onions and green pepper.
Pour 1 cup sugar over at once and let stand 15 minutes.
Bring to boil salad oil, vinegar, celery seed, salt and 1 cup sugar.
Pour over all and mix.
Refrigerate.
Good for 9 days.
