African Stir-Fry
African Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. beef and/or chicken stir-fry, 1/2 c. sliced onions, 1 c. bean sprouts or cucumber chunks, 1/2 large can pineapple chunks and 1 small can mandarin orange segments, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Stir-fry meat slices and onions in oil or butter.
Add beans sprouts or cucumber chunks.
Add pineapple chunks and mandarin orange segments.
Set aside, covered.
Cook rice according to directions on package.
Pour stir-fry over cooked rice.
Sprinkle with chopped cashews, small tomato chunks and chopped green chives.
Serve with soy sauce.
