Almost Homemade Pizza
Almost Homemade Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 loaves frozen bread dough (white, wheat or italian), 1 (8 to 12 oz.) can or jar spaghetti sauce, fresh vegetables (onion, green pepper, mushrooms), pepperoni (precooked sausage) and 2 to 4 c. mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Defrost dough and raise according to package directions.
Use 1 loaf for thinner crust and 2 for thicker crust.
Knead and roll out to fit pizza pan.
Place small amount of olive oil on bottom of pan.
Add spaghetti sauce, vegetables and meat.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Add any additional ingredients (if desired) and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425Β° for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
