Angel Cookies
Angel Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar less 2 tbsp. and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add vanilla to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar beating until stiff.
Fold in the morsels.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using heaping kitchen teaspoon, spoon dough onto parchment paper leaving 2-inches between each cookie.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
