Heat griddle over medium heat or heat electric griddle to 375Β°.

Heat the sausages in skillet as directed on package.

Heat the pie filling in saucepan over low heat.

Keep the sausages and pie filling warm over very low heat while you prepare pancakes. Grease the hot griddle with shortening if necessary using pastry brush.

Prepare pancakes as directed for thinner pancakes on baking mix package, except after mixing for each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter in an oval shape (about 5-inches long and 3-inches wide) onto the hot griddle.
