Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box apricot jell-o, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring to a boil the crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup sugar. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin, then cream cheese.
Add ice water.
Stir and let chill until thick.
