Apricot Tarts
Apricot Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. oleo, 4 oz. cream cheese, softened and apricot preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Shape in ball and chill.
Roll dough very thin.
Cut out with biscuit cutter.
Put 1 teaspoon apricot preserves in center of each.
Fold over and crinkle edges with fork.
Bake at 400Β° for about 10 minutes.
Do not let brown. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still hot.
