Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, c. hellmann's mayonnaise, c. grated parmesan cheese, of garlic powder and of lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain artichokes well.
Squeeze out all the juices.
Break artichokes into small pieces; add mayonnaise and cheese.
Mix well.
Add garlic powder, salt and lemon juice and mix lightly. Place in shallow baking dish (quiche pan).
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
Remove from oven; blot top with paper towels.
Serve hot with crackers.
