Artichoke Pasta Salad
Artichoke Pasta Salad is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) pkg. rainbow rotini pasta, (6 oz.) can black olives, drained, (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in half, c. celery, diced and c. ranch dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta as directed on the box.
Drain; rinse with cold water and put in a large bowl.
Add olives, artichoke hearts, celery, dressing and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss together.
Cover and let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Makes 8 servings.
