Asparagus With Shrimp Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans cut asparagus (spears-tips), salt, 1 small carton sour cream, 1 can cream of shrimp soup and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain half of juice from asparagus.
Salt to taste; set aside. Combine sour cream and cream of shrimp soup in double boiler. Heat, stirring constantly, until well blended and hot.
Add Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
Heat asparagus until hot. To serve, pour shrimp sauce over asparagus.
