Aunt Lou's Rolls
Aunt Lou'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crisco, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 2 envelopes yeast and 1 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the Crisco, sugar and boiling water; let cool.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
(I use 1 envelope of quick rise.)
Add flour and beat well.
Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and let rise.
Bake at 400Β° for approximately 15 minutes. Makes at least 48 small rolls.
