Austria Viennese Noodles
Austria Viennese Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. fine egg noodles, 1/2 c. diced onions, 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook noodles in boiling salt water until done.
Drain well. Saute onions, green pepper and celery in 1/4 cup butter.
Add to noodles with salt, pepper and parsley flakes; stir well.
Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
Place in buttered casserole; top with crumbs, blended with remaining butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
