Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffins
Bacon, Egg And Cheese Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 6 split english muffins, 6 eggs, 6 slices american cheese, 6 slices bacon (or more) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry at least 6 slices of bacon (will probably need more). Remove bacon from skillet and drain grease.
Then, fry eggs, being sure to break the yolks.
Salt and pepper to taste.
When eggs are almost done, top each with a slice of cheese and let melt.
Toast split muffins.
Top muffins with eggs and bacon.
Mustard is good on them, or use whatever dressing you prefer.
