Baked Fresh Salmon
Baked Fresh Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole salmon (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), 1/2 to 3/4 block margarine, 1 onion, minced, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Split fish in half lengthwise and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a baking pan.
Saute margarine, onion and mushrooms.
Add lemon juice.
Pour sauce over salmon and bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
