Baked Pork Chops
Baked Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, boneless and trimmed, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. diced onion, 2 c. condensed cream of celery soup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown chops in hot oil in heavy pan, then remove chops.
Add onion, soup and milk to pan and blend with oil.
Set aside. Starting with potatoes, alternate layers of potatoes and cabbage into an 8-cup casserole.
Sprinkle each layer with flour; pour soup sauce over each layer.
Place chops on top and cover casserole.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350Β° oven.
