Banana-Apple Oat Muffins
Banana-Apple Oat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 ripe banana, mashed, 1 2/3 c. skim milk, 1 tsp. safflower oil, 1/3 c. honey and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grease muffin cups; dust with small amount of oat bran. Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Combine oat bran, baking powder, soda and cinnamon in small bowl.
Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove to wire rack.
