Banana Brownie Pie
Banana Brownie Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 54 minutes. Made with (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, c. butter, (14 oz.) can condensed milk and c. biscuit baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375°.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Reduce temperature to 325°.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with butter.
In a large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in walnuts.
Place bananas on bottom of pastry shell. Pour chocolate mixture over bananas.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
Cool.
