Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 1/2 c. (3 medium) mashed ripe bananas, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixer bowl combine sugar and butter.
Beat at medium speed 1 to 2 minutes.
Add bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). By hand, stir in flour, baking soda and salt just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon into greased 12-cup large muffin pan or 18-cup regular muffin pan.
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from pan.
