Banana Ice Cream
Banana Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 junket tablets, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can eagle brand milk, 4 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve Junkets in 2 teaspoons water; set aside.
Mash bananas in a bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Add bananas, then the Junket mixture.
Pour into freezing container of home ice cream maker.
Follow freezing directions recommended by the manufacturer of the ice cream maker.
