Banana Nut Spice Cake
Banana Nut Spice Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 very ripe bananas, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar and 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mash the bananas.
Pour vegetable oil over the bananas and let stand while mixing cake.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in banana mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients which have been combined. Stir in raisins and pecans; mix thoroughly. Spoon into 3 greased loaf pans and bake at 250Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
