Banana Pudding Cake

Slice bananas into a large bowl.
Beat until mashed, then blend all remaining ingredients.
Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a well greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 70 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
