Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. water, (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice and juice from 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine first 2 ingredients.
Heat to dissolve sugar and cool. Mash bananas well.
Stir in juices, bananas and cooled sugar mixture; mix well.
Divide mixture into 3 containers and freeze. One hour before serving, remove mixture from freezer.
Spoon into punch bowl and add 1 liter of ginger ale for each frozen container used.
Mix well.
