Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with c. water, c. sugar (i use 3 cups), (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice and ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a large sauce pan.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Blend in a blender (I do one-half at a time): pineapple juice, orange juice and bananas.
Mix with sugar water that has been cooled.
Fill 1-quart containers and freeze until ready to use.
