Banana Split Ice Cream
Banana Split Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 6 c. skim milk, 10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs at medium speed until frothy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until thick.
Add skim milk and salt.
Mix well.
Pour egg mixture into a large pot.
Place over low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly until heated thoroughly.
Combine egg mixture, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.
Stir well.
Add bananas, cherries and nuts.
Freeze in a 1 1/2 gallon freezer. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes after freezing.
