Banana Wheat Muffins
Banana Wheat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 2/3 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. mayonnaise (reduced fat may not be used), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a bowl combine the flours, soda and salt.
In another bowl combine the mayonnaise, sugar, bananas (can add 1/2 c. chopped walnuts).
Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffins cups 2/3 full.
Bake 350Β° for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 or 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Makes 12 large muffins.
