Basic Papaya Smoothie(Serves 6) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large papaya, peeled, seed and slice, 1/3 c. coconut milk, 3 tbsp. passion fruit juice (canned okay), 1 large banana, peel and cut into chunks and 3 oz. frozen strawberries with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add papaya, coconut milk and fruit juice to blender bowl. Process.
Add chunks of banana to blender, a few at a time.
Add strawberries.
Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and whip until mixture is slushy.
