Beef and Macaroni Casserole
Beef And Macaroni Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, 1 lb. ground beef, 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, onion, if desired and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook macaroni according to directions on the box.
Brown meat and onion in small amount of Crisco.
Lightly grease casserole. Place a layer of macaroni in the dish.
Put meat on top of the macaroni and pour 1 1/2 cans of sauce over the meat.
Add the rest of the macaroni on top of the meat and pour the rest of the sauce on the top.
Bake, covered, in preheated oven at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
