Beef and Noodles
Beef And Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef roast, 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix and 1 pkg. noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut beef into cubes, brown in Dutch oven in a small amount of oil; drain.
Add the seasoning mix then cover with enough water to cover the beef.
Simmer until tender.
Add enough water to cook the noodles, bring to a boil.
Add the noodles.
Cook until noodles are just done.
Mix beef mixture with noodles or serve over the noodles.
Can be increased for a large crowd.
Large pasta shells can be substituted for noodles.
