Beef Noodle Bake
Beef Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) ragu, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook noodles and drain.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in sauce, onion and green pepper.
Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese. Spoon 1/2 noodles in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with some sauce and all of cheese mixture.
Add remaining noodles and end with sauce.
Bake uncovered in 350Β° oven 30 to 35 minutes.
Allow extra 15 to 20 minutes if cold from refrigerator.
